The Strategic HR Planning will analyze current and future HR needs of the organisation after understanding the organisation’s objectives, current employees and the future HR environment the company will be operating in. The (SHRP) will play vital role in building the full detailed staffing plan for the organization including the whole process of mapping the required positions based on company business plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create an organisational chart to clearly define company hierarchy.
- List functions of each title in the organisational chart.
- Write up job descriptions for each title part of the long-term staffing plan.
- Create benchmarks to determine thresholds for expansion.
