Sales Representative’s main responsibility is to sell the company’s goods and services. Customers may include businesses, governmental organizations and individuals, both in Bahrain and abroad. Sales Representative have to have good customer service skills in order to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. Sales is a targets driven industry and the work can sometimes be demanding.
Key Tasks as a Sales Representative includes:
• Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
• Obtaining and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales opportunities.
• Preparing sales presentations for potential sales opportunities.
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results sales reports.
• Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
• Meeting sales targets.
