• Implements and executes the company’s planned construction method in accordance with all required technical specifications.
• Responsible for detailed supervision of all architectural activities.
• Responsible for project logistics and material handling for finishing works.
• Establishes daily data and reports.
• Monitoring the daily schedule of finishing works.
• Drafts technical submittals and submits samples.
• Coordinates with procurement department for materials reception and inspection.
• Establishes compliance sheets.
• Undertakes materials testing (visual, onsite, laboratory, etc...)
• Follows up on material laboratory testing and test results.
• Establishes records of non-conformance and investigates the causes.
• Responsible for finishing works quality monitoring.
• Monitors manpower, productivity and waste for all architectural works.
