About You
Minimum Experience:
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail interior design or visual merchandising experience

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture

Job-Specific Skills:

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

Behavioural Competencies :
* Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team
* Ability to prioritise and organise personal tasks and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available
* Experience of managing-leading and developing a team, preferably gained in a visual merchandise retail environment
* Confident about communicating, coaching and managing/leading others
