Branch of a multinational logistics company is looking for a motivated and airfreight oriented employee who will be able to self sufficiently handle airfreight export operations and customer service.
The job role includes but is not limited to:
receiving orders from customers
booking with airlines and related activities to shipment collection and preparation in line with customer requirements
preparation and controlling of required documents
follow up on shipments with airlines and customers
closing of file
communication with overseas offices and follow up on deliveries where required
meeting global set of KPI's
customer reporting
