Report the project progress, status, risks, change requests ..to steering committee and project team
Present ISG in front of business and the vendor
Coordination with other teams as and when required

Managing (testing, developing) of Dynamics CRM screens
Managing (testing, developing) of Dynamics CRM Workflows
Managing (testing, developing) of Dynamics CRM reports
Technical migration of BSF data to Dynamics CRM, whenever required
System Testing support for CRM Dynamics design, configuration and development that will be delivered by the vendor
User Acceptance Testing support for CRM Dynmaics design, configuration and development that will be delivered by the vendor
