- Direct contact with customers to understand their needs
- Create awareness for our solutions. Target and prospect potential leads. Educate to drive requirements.
- Lead the sales process that in most cases includes managing the successful response to RFPs.
- Understand the contract process and assist state and local officials through every step of the approval process in order to obtain a signed contract.
- Build on existing relationships and successes for upsells and referrals.
- Manage our internal resources
during the pursuit efficiently and effectively. Create trust and provide insights (for our clients and for us). Extensive domestic travel required to connect.
