Geeks is a tech repair company that mainly focuses on repairing devices and laptops across Dubai, our business model is to repair the device at the customer's location or pickup the device and return it for free.
This position is critical to the business since it's the customer's first point of contact.
The requirements for this position are:
- Excellent sales experience, customers will call to ask about the company and the process, your role will be to be genuine and to attract as many customers as possible
- Excellent English and communication Skills. You need to be friendly and approachable on the phone, and able to reflect the company's values
- Proactive and reflect self ownership, you have to be very proactive with requests on the system, constantly update the notes and update the customers. Also you need to own your requests from start to finish to make sure they close on time.
- Team player and leadership, you will need to coordinate with the technicians and the drivers to ensure they are doing their roles. The driver's schedules will have to be managed by you on the system.
