* CSM will be solely responsible for establishing ITC Promotion Group presence and driving sales activities in the UAE.

*CSM should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business.

* Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing

* Initiate Sales and service existing clients and cold calling and Cold prospecting daily

* Network/ PR with client to improve the exposure of the branch presence and ITC head office by regular follow up

* Focus and target on FMCG and QSR Blue Chip companies and governmental organizations,

* Streamlines the sales operation and its efficiency

* Work and communicate with department managers to achieve sales and financial goals and objectives while maintaining an efficient operation

*Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure quality of service and products

* Develops and communicates timely, complete and accurate sales forecasts and other sales and marketing data that contributes to the effective deployment of sales resources to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

*Maintain ongoing awareness of market conditions and trends to ensure timely and effective reaction to market changes

* Communicate with Managing Director, Sales Director and other department managers to identify potential problems or issues in sales as well as new ideas and experiences.

* Report and Submit effective detailed and clear daily sales, collections and activities reports.

* Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports on product and pricing trends.

* Reviews with MD and sales director on sales plans and budgets and co-ordinates with them implementation of programs to meet the plans.

* Responsible for achieving overall sales objective and Meeting both quarterly and annual sales target

* Participates in the market research efforts to analyze competitors’ strengths, pricing policies, new unit design potential, and Company’s share to different types of customers.

* Operates the sales activities within the approved budget and cost controls.

* Formulates sales goals, marketing plans and strategy and directs their execution to achieve the company’s objectives.

* Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets

* Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

* Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

* Maximizing new business development opportunities

* Make sure the CRM system is updated regularly and efficiently
