To create and sustain a strong safety culture in the construction of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP). This includes implementing the principles and attributes to ensure that the workforce embraces the value to influence experiences, behaviors beliefs and norms that describe what it is like to work at BNPP.
Coordination with Industrial Safety on regards findings/deficiencies
- continues tracking to the repeated findings and report them to the Head of Barakah Safety Culture
Dashboard & Trend analysis development
- Reflect all findings on a trend continuously to help the department to raise any safety cultural concern to the primary Contractor
Competency assurance for labors
- Assist the Primary Contractor on trainings required to increase the awareness for labors.
Mentoring and tracking the progress for each major finding
- Coordinate with the Primary Contractor to ensure that all Health & Safety Concerns are addressed and considered.
Support the department on competency assurance for individuals
- Support the Health & safety team on trainings requirements
