1. Management of telephone calls, daily oversight and management of incoming and outgoing mail.
2. Handling all administrative and secretarial functions
3. Handling independent business correspondence for the division
4. Responsible for maintaining all files and office records, with confidentiality
5. Responsible in raising AFE (Authorization For Expenditure) form for internal purchases
6. Manage, organize and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system
7. Organizing Travel and Hotel reservations for business trips from and visitors to, the Division as well as visa processing
8. Arranging and coordinating and business schedules
9. Responsible for division stationary requirements
