JOB PURPOSE
To provide operational and technical support to all plants' operations departments while
participating in development and implementation of various productivity improvement projects
and programs to optimize production processes and facilitate achievement of operational
efficiencies, ensuring adherence to quality and HSE standards
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Planning
Plans, executes and evaluates test-runs for new or existing installations and ensure that
appropriate corrective engineering actions for possible design errors are implemented.
Participate actively in shutdown preparation and execution and address all process
engineering issues.
Day-to-day Management
Provides process engineering expertise in support of the production processes and activities
in all Operations Sectors, Offsite or Utilities
Work with other concerned personnel and Business Teams within the designated area of
assignment to provide ongoing technical advice, guidelines and instructions on all process
aspects.
Follow-up on the Production Units and provide feedback to involved personnel regarding the
capacity, yield and efficiency improvements. Ensure that all control and optimization activities
are implemented in an effective manner.
Participate actively in troubleshooting activities, research and develop solutions to
accommodate critical troubleshoot problems and provide feedback and advice to the
Maintenance Team.
