• Managing all the HR related issues for Oracle African Operations

• Provides Finance with all the data required for processing payroll on monthly basis

• Access various systems, analyze data and prepare reports as required, conducting additional research where necessary

• Administering the vacations for employees in accordance with the local Annual Leave policy

• Handling Personnel files, employee contracts & social insurance

• Assist management with analyzing employee data, conduct compensation analysis and review and approve a variety of HR transactions such as hires, job changes and terminations
