ROLE PURPOSE:

To ensure that the customer leads from various sources are processed in the system (to help solve potential internal conflicts in terms of assigning credit to Sales agents in terms of commissions) & converted into qualitative prospects for various channels of Retail Sales as per the laid down guidelines.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



1. Acquire and generate qualified leads from different sources

• Managing the process of generating leads from different sources.

• Contribute in creating new sources of leads with high quality.

• Ensure that the leads are sanitised before passing the same to the Sales agents.

• Utilizing the Social media analytics tools to generate qualified leads.



2. Generate leads through outbound calls

• Interact with external customers during a outbound call in a very professional, friendly and courteous manner.

• Make 75-100 outbound calls daily from the target database.

• Identify customer needs to see the best alignment of his needs to our products.

• Provide sales team with detailed call notes on all tele-qualified leads.

• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual lead generation target.

• Escalate inquiries related to products, services, partner program, to sales channels.



3. Optimizing the existing leads in CRM system

• Record all customer information and maintain detailed tele-qualification records, in CRM system, on each lead worked.

• Track and monitor all leads and activities in CRM system.

• Record electronic customer transactions accurately.

• Contribute in structuring the leads pipeline to build the forecasting plan.



4. Leads Distribution

• Distribute potential leads to sales channels through CRM system.

• Apply leads distribution & re-distribution policy.

• Follow-up on leads and opportunities that have been distributed (timeframe/status..etc) & provide analyzes of the results.

• Provide sales channels with the daily and weekly report of distributed leads.



5. System level updates

• Process user requests to reassign account manager/ change profile, and merge profiles, in CRM system.
