Role Summary
80% of his time should be spent in the market monitoring planograms and other competition activities and report
Main Accountabilities
Conduct daily follow up with the team (not individual) on sales figures and actions
Help the team in their market visits and be present during loading early morning
Responsible for the Sales Target set for each cash van at the beginning of each month
Set and execute marketing activities to meet company's target and objectives
Achieve sales target agreed upon with Sales Manager
Make sure that each cash van is following the daily route plan customer by customer
Coach and appraise the Cash vans
Analyze sales results, identify opportunities to reach forecast
Closely follow receivables and damaged goods on daily basis
Perform market studies and benchmark with competitors
Introduce category management solutions to customers
Prepare and implement Business Development Agreement (BDA’s)
Monitor all key accounts and take action according to contracts signed by both parties
Cooperate with Trade Marketing Coordinator to follow up yearly plan activities in each Key Account
Prepare forecasts, margins and costs spend per Key Account
Monitor ROI and track progress of BTL activities
Ensure proper display of products as per planogram set and tailored and recommend new ideas
Maintain the planogram agreed as per contract and help the cash van to achieve it
