Description
- Carry out diverse property management tasks and activities as directed on behalf of Director of Projects and Assets;- Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied as per standard;- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of leasehold properties;- Liase with government bodies and police to adhere to regulations- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are strictly implemented and complied with;- Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces with Facility Management Team to ensure compliance with the leases and the proper upkeep of the properties;- Assist Corporate Finance with questions related to the property and resolution of vendor issues;
Profile
At least 10 years expereince managing Commercial and Residential Real Estate inthe Gulf, with facilities management experience. Able to live and work in Doha
