-Supervise the daily General Journal entries and enter these in the system.
-Financial reporting to top management on monthly basis that includes Profit and Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement.
-Should be able to analyze and generate management Reports
-Ensure the Accounts Filling is complete and up to date.
- Ensure Accounts are up to date and make necessary reconciliations regular basis.
-Monthly Bank Reconciliation
-Negotiate with bank for any issues with the account.
-Should be familiar with LC and LG.
-Assist with auditors to prepare annual budgets and Zakat certificate.
-Address queries relating to the accounts.
