Description:
The Digital Specialist role will perform tasks to support marketing execution. The Digital Specialist plays a critical and essential role in production and delivery of marketing services. The Digital Specialist provides assistance to the marketing community by helping them understand Digital services and tools available. This role supports consulting skills, and will be proactive and work well in both team and individual situations.

Responsibilities:
• Work with regional offices to implement global site content management strategy.
• Implement and maintain site content in an efficient manner.
• Basic image assets editing.
• Implementation of SEO predefined strategies.
• Review websites and create performance efficiency analysis.
• Daily communication with clients about campaigns preparation/approvals/launch.
• Consulting on optimal usage of digital marketing tools.
• Interacting with clients on a daily basis and answering questions regarding production status or application related inquiries.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery.
• Solid understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution to ensure the ability to successfully manage subsidiary requests.
• Ability to multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Support clients in developing and reporting on results of their campaigns
• Accountability for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution.
• Work with the clients/Subs to help them understand the service offerings, and how those services can be used to optimize campaigns.
