JOB PURPOSE
The Arabic copywriter is responsible for developing communication materials in the Arabic language, editing communication materials in the Arabic language, and editing the Arabic of all informational materials to help with the communications of HBKU in both Arabic and English as a world-class center for higher education and research.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops communication materials which include: ads, brochures, press releases, and other forms of advertising materials in Arabic
• Revise, edit, and proofread Arabic and English content as needed
• Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
• Work within tight deadlines.
• Check copy for spelling and grammar errors in Arabic
• Writes Arabic press release
• Monitors any news media in Arabic to check for accuracy in language and messaging
• Take charge and ensure all messages in Arabic are correct
