An established law firm in Dubai is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate/ Commercial lawyer.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years post qualification experience in Dubai, ranging from company formation onshore and offshore to drafting various contracts and agreements.
Knowledge of registration of trademarks and handling labour disputes is desirable.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are a must together with strong time management skills.
