Will join the Portals and e-Commerce IT team to be responsible for the below within the assigned systems. These systems are mainly external customer facing ones whether websites or mobile apps.
o Gathering requirements from different stakeholders and refactoring them to be shared with development team.
o Acceptance testing for developed features and fixes
o Planning systems releases
o Supporting the users of the systems
o Reporting for the systems usage and activities
o Maintaining the documentation of systems up to date
o Arrange for applying system setups and configurations
