The Production Co-ordinator provides logistical and co-ordination support. Primarily working to the Production Manager, they require adept organizational and communication skills and ability to work under pressure. They are also required to support the rest of the Production team and ensure delivery on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:



1.Co-ordination of setting up production office.

2.Set up and maintain systems for dealing with production paperwork.

3.Provide logistical support to production team

4.Ensure all necessary filming permits are obtained on time.

5.Good understanding of Health & Safety required and complied with.

6.Ability to problem solve under time constraints

7.Resourcefulness in obtaining the best deals and working within the program budget.

8.Communicate clearly and effectively with editorial colleagues.

9.Maintain financial consistency with regular updates with Production Manager, regarding expenditure being incurred.

10.Provide general administrative support for all production activities

11.Flexibility regarding working hours and ability to work at short notice.

12.In charge of production equipment and crew on location

13.In charge of petty cash compilation

14.In charge of notifying production team of filming logistics and call orders
