- Handle the day-to-day Facilities/ Health & Safety related activities in compliance with the University goals, mission and vision.
- Assure all assets/equipment’s are in good working condition and provide maintenance whenever required.
- Assure proper maintenance of University vehicles; review/follow-up fuel card, Salik service and traffic fines.
- Assure good working condition of safety equipment, air Conditioners, disposal of waste, recycling processes, surveillance cameras, fire alarm, CCTV and other security devices and periodical maintenance of the same.
- Liaise with the security guards company to maintain individuals and facilities safety.
- Assure fire arrangements are maintained in good order and fire drills are carried out in the premises.
- Receive, investigate and report of accidents, dangerous occurrences and fire damage and determine their causes and make recommendations for improving recurrence prevention.
- Ensure University compliance with ISO standards and promote safe working practices among all staff members.
