This position will require a strong individual with current Supervisory / Management skills, who can work in close proximity with a team, and clients to portray the Company in the most professional and acceptable light.
- To motivate an experienced team to deliver superior customer service, throughout a period of change and beyond
- To work with multinational business travel clients and enforced travel policy protocols for maximum compliance
- To manage staff and finances
- To manage daily operations
- To manage bookings and schedules
- To deal with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations;
- To oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business.
- To liaise with travel partners
- To promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;
