Administration

 Create and modify documents and procedures required by the business to enhance efficiency and productivity

 Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

 Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system

 Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages

 Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Customer Service

 Meet and greet clients and visitors

 Respond promptly to customer inquiries

 Provide customer with in-depth and comprehensive information regarding their queries, our products, experiences and activities

 Provide customers with exemplary service in all manners

 Communicate customer requests to line manager

Product Delivery

 Maintain a full and in-depth knowledge of all products, experiences and retail costs

 Keep abreast of all promotions, advertisement, events and activities within products and the company in general

 Assist and partake in delivery of all products under responsibility in a timely, effective and efficient manner

Merchandise

 Maintain awareness of all merchandise and retail prices

 Assist in floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance

 Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock

 Aid customers in locating merchandise

 Assist in completing price changes within the department

 Daily and thorough upkeep of Sales Ledger and cash float

 Responsible for logging all monetary transactions with concerned personnel or departments to ensure transparency and accuracy

 Participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts

 Receive payment and assist customers using the ENTA system for retail products by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits & issuing of receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers

Budget

 Work closely with the line manager to ensure that the P&L is maintained at all times

Policies and Procedures

 Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures. Help to formulate and refine policies and procedures that relate directly to product delivery. Never compromises on safety

Related Assignments

 Works with Management on product development

 Support team in all manners possible

 Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

 Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by line manager

ENVIRONMENTAL / HEALTH & SAFETY CONDITIONS

 Work is performed in an office work environment

 Work may require visits within Abu Dhabi

 Work may require travelling outside Abu Dhabi

 Work will require frequent weekend and evening involvement
