Assist the Country Manager in supporting all operations and support Divisions in the specific geographical location

Support operations in identifying new business opportunities in the region in line with company strategic objectives

Ensure Kanoo interests are safeguarded and defined when required

Support senior management teams with change management process and implementation of strategic plans

Promote and encourage cross divisional workings to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded

Strong contributory impact on revenues generated within the territory however prime accountability rests with the operating Divisions

Represent the family and act as an ambassador of Kanoo at key events and functions providing opportunity for networking and relationship building with Senior Representatives, business leaders and royal families in the region.

Be aware and report on any changes to regional/local legislation, regulations and government procedures

Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients

Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend

Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization

Responsible for the contributing to the management and implementation of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.

Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas

Contribute and support with the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business

Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth within key areas

Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call

Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets

Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements

You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets

Work Collaboratively with the country manager and new business development manager to identify new opportunities for growth and new business development for existing and prospective clients

No Interference with day to day operations
