Summary:



Provide high-level administrative support to the branch manger by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, and quoting for customers online.

Responsibilities & duties

• Prepare quotations, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.

• Obtaining information from all relevant sources, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration and presentation (as needed). Also, may attend meetings.

Work Activities

Communicating directly with the Branch Manager by providing information by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Interacting With Computers: Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or quoting to customers.
