-Draft Arabic letters to Government offices, Ministries and others.
-Apply Business Visit Visas for visitors from abroad. To apply online for all sort of Business Visit Visas ( Invitation, Business Visits, Temporary Work Visas, Family Visas etc) as requested by Clients.
-To follow up online for applied visit visa approval.
-To dispatch the approved business visit visas to the respective Clients along with CR copy of the company and a welcome Mail with a process Map to give the traveler a brief idea of the regulations and processes to be followed while in Saudi Arabia.
-To welcome the Clients as and when they arrive and to collect relevant documents viz. scanned copy of the passport with the visa page and entry stamp, entry number etc.
-To prepare and process a temporary ID for the Clients, so that when the passport is collected for visa Extension, the Clients may be able to move around freely.
-To log, track and control the business visit visas of all Clients effectively so as to avoid any sort of violation as far as the period of stay is concerned.
-To inform the Clients of their Business visit visa expiry date. -To prepare related passport office forms and authorization letter drafts, for visa extension, and send to company for processing. Further to track the status of the same.
-To draft any letter (in English or Arabic) as per the Clients request.
-Coordinate with Public Relations Officers and Saudi Embassies on Government Relations formalities.
-Communicate and advise clients on the requirements for any requested government formality.
-To report effectively to Director Operation, all the process and to keep him the loop of any communication related to the Project.
