Check documents, processes and validate all types of deals, ensuring that approvals are in place.
Follow up deals (FX, MM, Options, Structured Products, and Securities), IRS Reconciliation & settlement, Brokerage Reconciliation & Fees, SWIFT messages, FX Rates input, Treasury Operations Statistic and Daily Closing Reports and Nostro Transfers.
Enter transactions into Equation ensuring accuracy and compliance with QCB regulations.
Ensure that any discrepancies, claims or disputes are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure that exceptions are authorized by appropriate authority as per Bank regulations.
Create and review reports as required by Manager TROPS.
Effective transaction management in line with policies and procedures

5. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
The TROPS Senior Support Officer Clerk reports to the Treasury Operations Supervisor and refers to the latter for the escalation of any issues. Whilst acting in the role of Treasury Operations Supervisor, the Senior Support Officer Reports to the Treasury Operations Manager.
All decisions concerning policies and procedures for the department are taken by the AGM - Operations and Information Technology and/or concerned departmental head.
All financial decisions will be as per the financial authority matrix set by the bank.
