To provide guidance, leadership and director to the financial planning and management; oversee the development and implementation plans, policies and procedures for providing financial resources to conduct the organisations business, safeguard its assets and measures and reports the financial performance. Review and consolidate the overall performance results of the selection.
Develop short and long term Finance vision and strategic plans based on strategy and goals;
participate in the creation of the Finance based budgets; monitor performance against budgets and act
to ensure budget compliance;
Direct and oversee all aspects of the financial and accounting functions, and contribute to
the development and implementation of a robust and proficient financial planning and control system for
the organisation;
Supervise the preparation of the annual estimated budgets at the determined times.
Control and monitor the operational expenditures of the same and oversee compliance with all predetermined
objectives and plans;
