• Experience building complex systems from scratch using modern programming languages and tech stacks
• Strong experience with NodeJS and JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Prototype, YUI)
• Strong experience with web standards; browser capabilities and workarounds; mobile device capabilities and limitations; best-practice development techniques
• Version control systems (Git and SVN)
• Strong experience in two or more of the following: Angular JS, Backbone JS, Mongo Db, PostgressSQL, Mysql, No-sql
• Experience writing with PHP (symfony2 or cakephp or zend ...)
• Write clean, semantic, valid, x-browser, modular, commented code
• Solid ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent creative problem solving skills
• Passion for innovative technologies
