Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth handling of reservations and ticketing for clients, counseling them on options for flights, holidays and related services wherever necessary accountable for maintaining agreed levels of customer service and submission of reports as per company requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Making bookings in prescribed format as discussed in the HANDBOOK with Client files. In short ensure everyone in the team creates perfect PNR’s.
• Using available automation to optimize output
• Updating/creating client profile & integrating with CB+.
• Managing & sorting out daily queues.
• Supervise the fare quote & ticketing with correct codes.
• Providing assistance for ADHOC & seat clearance with airline sales
• Document reporting (UCCF sale optimization to avoid merchant charge)
• Refund calculation & process to follow with AIRLINE refunds.
• Constant updates to staffs of market conditions
