Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall receiving of luxury watches repair requirements, customer oriented first class service and internationally corresponding to the brand suppliers for all technical requirements of high end customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
*Communicate frequently with our internal ( in house watch
technicians )and external parties ( international brand
suppliers ) watch technicians in identifying customer’s repair
requirements .
*Support the After Sales Management work flow and job order
management to the luxury brand suppliers.
*Basically define repair pricing, provide analytical support to
overall operations as well as coordination with global repair
team on watches and validate any quality issues.
*Willing to be trained to our international luxurious brand
suppliers for upgrading technical knowledge
