JOB SUMMARY



The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and executing projects to ensure quality delivery within budget, on schedule, and within scope.

Excellent in people management qualities, good planning, expert in primavera and can provide level 3 and level 4 up to MARAFIQ and Aramco standards .



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ensure compliance with the client and the company’s standards, policies and procedures

 Develop the project master plan and associated communications documents.

 Plan and schedule project milestones.

 Determine and assign tasks to team members and oversee the completion.

 Schedule and attend routine meetings with the client to update about project progress, get feedback, clarify issues, and discuss requirements, if any.

 Attend meetings with client’s consultants and 3rd party contractors and any other external parties to resolve the relevant problems

 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner

 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and develop contingency plans

 Observe and resolve conflicts/ issues between project team members.

 Maintain adequate quality control throughout the project’s life cycle

 Constantly monitor and report the progress of the project, and ensure it’s on time and within budget

 Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor

 Motivate project team members to work together in order to achieve project’s objectives.

 Ensure all safety measures are taken to prevent injuries and accidents. When accidents or incidents occur ensure the timely reporting of such incidents



 Provide required reports to the Concerned Managers and highlight key issues.

 Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations for all direct reports, and review the evaluations of indirect reports.
