Responsible for overlooking the projects under Mechanical division.
Ensure cost and schedule adherence of all projects under Mechanical division.
Review project plan and execution phases.
Customer relationship development.
Responsible for resolving all client and customer complaints and problems.
Manage communication and interdepartmental cooperation.
Provide technical direction and work-related advice.
Review and approve all documents and communications before submission to client.
Responsible for assisting the recruiting department in the selection, interviewing and hiring of new staff for their department.
Responsible for implementing training and certification process for all department professionals.
Focusing on continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Establishing targets for the department and team members. Evaluate performance and take corrective actions to ensure these targets are met.
Assist the finance department in preparing the annual budget for department.
Implement controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to department budget.
Report departmental performance to management as KPIs and scorecards.
