Eaton Corporation - Electrical Sector is seeking Manufacturing Manager support Eaton's electrical business in Dammam Facility in KSA to plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operations along with other primary support functions in support of the short and long range growth plans of the business unit and ensuring Health and safety rules and regulations are adhered.



• Ensure that health and Safety is embedded in the daily operations and processes within the factory through the daily toolbox meetings and safety improvement opportunities.

• Plan co-ordinate and direct the manufacturing activities and personnel into an integrated organization to meet established product delivery schedules at a total cost not to exceed the factory cost and the operating variances limits.

• Keep current with product technology and continually improvement of personal, technical and professional business skills through the use of the internal JOE system and career development tools available.

• Computer literacy using laptop provided and mastering all software relevant to successful performance of tasks.

• Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions programs on time utilizing sound engineering principles and established improvement tools as well as the available skill sets and resources available within the business unit.

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and anticipate and provide for the well-being of the employees and ensure that personnel adhere to polices and procedures at all times.

• Where required apply the companies work place regulations in order to rectify staff performance and non-adherence to policies and procedures.

• Ensure that quality systems, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times. All relevant systems, documentation and standards are maintained to the correct requirements.

• Establish the necessary standards to measure (quantitative and qualitative) progress and contribute towards the goals of the various departments.

• With the plant manager develop manufacturing plans to support the Business unit’s objectives, polices and plans.

• Create and maintain succession plans ensuring identified personnel are trained as appropriate.

• Review daily the functions performance against plan and utilize the services of other functions in reviewing performance.

• Ensure that subordinates goals and objectives are logged correctly in the required systems and maintain along with development plans.
