Lab analyst/technician:
Major Functions:
- Under supervision, perform a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance setting. Duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative biological or chemical analytical tests according to standard procedures.
- Support production when commissioning new processing lines (project take over)
- Trouble Shooting during un-sterilities
Following specific tasks:
• Monitoring of product in manufacturing including color, moisture, PH, weight, size etc.
• Inspection of finished product (package, seal integrity, traceability, codes, weights, etc.)
• Packaged product evaluation
• Metal detection validation
• Record keeping
• Ordering lab materials via Technical Store
• Maintain Good housekeeping at the QC/Lab facilities
Participate in the overall goal of achieving the targeted volumes and quality.
