Roles & Responsibilities:



• Coordinate with PRO regarding immigration, labor, and license relations

• Post job openings, do the initial interview, and then arrange the interview

• Participate in selection process and administer pre-employment tests as required.

• Administer background checks.

• Prepare documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits of employees

• Participate in and deliver HR sessions for inductions and orientations

• Prepare personnel action forms and system updates for salary, promotions, changes in commissions, etc.

• Administer employee letter requests, including, but not limited to, bank letters, no objection certificates, leave and embassy letters, or any other required correspondence

• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, consulting/ sub consulting agreement, secondment agreements, etc.

• Responsible for travel arrangements for business trips of staff and company visitors, which include but not limited to: visa processing, flight, accommodation, and per diem allowance, etc.

• Personnel file management (electronic and hard copy)

• Leave and attendance administration

• Timely completion of all formalities as per company policies and related laws in the result of employee resignation/ termination

• Answer telephones HR related calls.

• Interacting with and supplying information to employees, department heads and job applicants.

• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

• Inquire quotations from suppliers as needed

• May be called upon to assist outside of the functional area

• To ensure compliance to relevant laws and regulations, e.g., UAE Federal Labor Law, DMCC regulations etc.

• Maintain all documents and reports as per the requirements of QMS ISO:9001-2008

• Maintain and update company policies, forms and manual as and when needed.
