•Managing all logistics issues of all imported shipments from the supplier premises till our warehouse on scheduled time.
•Finalizing all documentation, inspections and releases required for the shipments while controlling, minimizing the clearance and transportation Cost for all imported shipments.
•Ensuring that no demurrage or storage charges are paid for all shipments.
•Finalizing customs clearance invoices and responding to related problems that may occur with finance departments.
•Following receiving forms with the warehouses Manager.
•Redemption from insurance companies, incase incidents occurred to any shipment.
•Maintaining excellent relation with customs clearance Managers and Customs Committees in all Egyptian ports as well as Ministry of health committees.
•Ensuring that all customs clearance procedures are done and completed in legal manner.
