We want to fill a mid to senior level business analyst/project coordinator post at SYNTAX for a web design and development project for a major telecom company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
It’s a job that combines client management, creative and user experience consulting, research, report writing and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
• Gather technical and functional requirements from key stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements, construct workflow charts and - diagrams, study system capabilities, recommend system controls and write specifications.
• Prepare requirements and specifications documents and brief team members about new tasks.
• Ensure that new requirements are complete and compliant with UI/UX standards
• Arrange meetings between stakeholders and continually update the requirements document based on identified constraints and new requriements.
• Establish project plan by outlining the goals, deliverables, and business and technical requirements from subject-matter experts.
• Monitoring project progress; tracking action items; publishing progress reports and recommending actions; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested parties.
