- Preparation of training materials.
- Plan regional training program in coordination with the Sales department.
- Organize the logistics of such training sessions (meeting rooms reservation, participant invitation, schedule transportation and accommodation if needed, as well as all necessary follow up required for a successful training session).
- Product presentations.
- Regular store visits to ensure training is properly followed by retail sales staff.
- Market/store visits to check the proper implementation of brand guidelines in each store.
- Develop protocols for products as per client requirements and new products introduced by The Company
- Follow up on the inactive client reports and come up with plans to reactivate their accounts.
- Upselling and cross-selling while delivering the training and demos.
- Support sales team with product demos when needed.
- Provide assistance to the sales teams on deals closing during exhibitions and on daily operations.
- Traveling where needed by business.
